It is the rough hewn natural wood top that one findsintriguing in this rustic table. It originally served as a work table as seen in the heavy gouges and hash marks which distress the entire top. Even the cracks and age-related separation of the 4 planks of wood along with the natural veins and knots in the wood all add to the primitive appeal of this unique console table. Notice the iron bolts in the top and hand-hewn splay legs as well. The entire table has been restored and waxed so it is strong/stable and ready for use. Table top is 24" deep to the bolt, 28 3/4" deep at the splay legs/feet.
