This rustic coffee table is a rare find. It was formed from a large, old carpenter's workbench and scaled down to coffee table height. 
It is the years of constant use revealed in every ding, gouge, cracks, old dried worm holes and stains that enrich the character of this impressive work table.
Please examine the close up photos to appreciate the dark patina, joints, and old hardware. The holes along the front were used by the carpenter to hold and adjust his work with the vice at the end.
Restored, this coffee table is strong and ready to use.
