This remarkable baroque farm table maintains the grace and enduring style of over 200 years of use. The lovely grey/blue marbled paint is a traditional finish and has an amazing patina due to the wear through the years. The oak top has been left raw and unfinished, providing a contrast to the painted base. While there is a very slight bow and an age related separation of boards running through the top, they in no way diminish the look or function of the table and are merely a reflection of its age and character. This handsome table may also be used as a console, writing desk, entry way or library table (with single drawer).
